Honestly I just wanted to ensure my 9 months old oral hygiene was up to par. this does the trick!

I was reading the reviews hoping for the best but this tool did not make much of a difference. You are better off using a wet rag and your finger for a newborn

I never realized I would have to clean my babies tongue until she started to smile/talk. Then noticed bad breath and smelly hands. I didbt when my toddler was a baby but learned from their pediatrician that some babies have more textured tongues which traps milk/formula and creates a film especially if saliva is minimal to help clean. This scrapper did the trick for my now 3 month old (2 months when first used) and helped rid the gunk on her tongue, the stinky breath and also the stinky hands. I'd get my little one to smile an talk then lightly scrap. Didn't seem to bother her at all. I haven't needed to use it for some time now but if the problem arises again I'm glad I have this tool to rid it again!

I'm only giving the item a 4 star rating because it did scrape a lot of the milk ressedue off my son's tongue but it wasn't as effective as I thought it would be. After I use this product, I do have to use a wet baby towel clothe to really take the ressedue off. It's also not as soft as I thought it would be and it would be nice to have some sort of little buds or scrub like patern or feel to the part that scrapes the tongue that way it could be more effective and I don't have to continuously keep scraping and scraping and scraping until I can't any longer use it because it hurt my son's tongue or makes him gag .

The item came in perfect condition and promptly. I did not read the line that said “colors may vary” so was surprised when I opened it and saw orange instead of pink - however I don’t mind the gender neutral color thankfully. It is the perfect size for my 1 month old baby girl. It is hard to reach the back of her tongue since I don’t want to make her gag but I’ve only tried it once. It’s a soft but firm rubber and is the perfect size for me to hold and also for my baby when she gets old enough later to use it herself. Would buy again - wish I could have seen all the color choices and chosen myself is only “complaint”.

I was looking for a product to clean my 3 month old daughter's tongue. I had originally tried a few others but they were too big for her mouth. I tried this one and was able to use it easily and it cleans her tongue. The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star is because sometimes when I scrap my daughter's tongue it gives her the gag reflects. Besides that, this is a good product.

The only reason I give it 3 stars Bc it’s good and perfect size for a 2 yo toddler but the cleaning isn’t that great to be honest I mean it could be less hard and more soft for the kids

Only four stars because I expected it to be a little sturdier but 2 month old had what now appears to have been milk and lint or possibly even mold (eww) on tongue. Scraped with scraper which loosened it up to where I was able to get it off with a washcloth when I had previously tried washcloth with no luck. Baby's tongue looks normal again and I'm grateful!
