Loud clicking noise from pump
I own 4 of these chairs in my barbershop. Bought them mainly because they pump up higher than most other chairs. The main problem I noticed is that the pump starts making a loud clicking noise after pumping it up . As often as every second

Bought this a couple years ago, it already broke.
The media could not be loaded. Update! Couple years in, it breaks. Supposed to rated for heavy duty but I'm not sure that is true. How do I order parts for this?

I like it's sturdiness. But what I don't like is that it might not hold clients that's bigger as far as the frame of the body.

Headrest doesn’t stay locked in place.
Very happy with the look and feel of the chair. Only complaint is that the headrest doesn’t stay locked when extended out, so the clients head will suddenly move/drop when it slides back down. That can be a little startling when there’s a straight razor involved.

I bought this chair in aug of 2014 and I have never had a problem with this chair. Great high quality. This was by far one of my best purchase!
