Very fun, can seem challenging to begin at first working with 26 colors to paint but it is worth it once completed and enjoyable, looking at on the wall framed.

This is billed as for kids 8-12. Most of the owl is made up of narrow slashes of color. If your kid is good at painting in the lines and doing fine detail work, then it’s a beautiful project. If not, it might be frustrating.One tip: let a color dry fully before painting the spot next to it. That way, if you slop over as you’re filling in the new color, you can use a moist q-tip to wipe the wet paint off the dry. It’s like having an eraser.

I originally bought this for myself only to realize, my eyesight is worse than I thought. I gave this to my Niece for Christmas. She loves it. And it turned out beautiful.

Everything you want in a paint by numbers kit. Enough paint (and not dried out), rolled (not folded) canvas, printing in a light enough gray color that your paint can cover it (though you may have to give several coats with the lighter paint colors), Brushes that are good enough to do the job. Bonus: there is enough margin around the image that I was able to wrap the canvas around a frame, gallery wrap style, and staple it on the back. I bought an attached my own saw tooth hanging hardware to the wooden frame.Not for beginners, teeny tiny spots will require a little technique and a lot of patience. I’m super happy with how this turned out.

This starry night cat paint by numbers kit was so much fun! The paint pots were more than enough for the canvas. The canvas isn't stretched. Easy trick- buy a blank canvas at local craft store and stretch the unpainted canvas over it. Use staples to secure. Its a perfect fit. You get paint brushes with this kit in various sizes. I use my own brushes because I like them better. The numbers are easy to read. I seal my finished painting with an acrylic sealer. But that's my preference. I will buy from this seller again. This was a lot of fun!!!Some people had complained about paint being too thick. It's water based acrylic, add a few drops of water to thin. Do mix paint in their pots with a tooth pick to mix the paint before you use the first time.Very easy to follow the patterns and paint. You'll be very happy with end result.

I can't believe how well this painting turned out and I am going to buy another one as a gift. Some cells are very small but it's worth persevering to get a great result. There is plenty of paint - a little goes a long way.Some of the lighter colours need a good thick dab over the numbers and lines to hide them. I couldn't find a ready made frame so have mounted the painting over stretched canvas.

I bought this specifically because the description said it was rolled, which it is, but it is folded on both sides and then rolled. So both sides have deep creases. It is easy to read and I got the correct picture and paints.
