Easy to install and elegant
The media could not be loaded. I moved into a 1930s house that needed some serious fixing. I'm only renting it so I wanted to get some fixtures that worked for me and I could replace when I move. I did a lot of research and found this gooseneck swivel head transitionary faucet would be an excellent idea because it's not a permanent fixture I can replace the fixture with the original one when I move and take this one if I need to. However most people aren't going to do this so I just want you to know it's a phenomenal faucet easy to set up easy to use. It is a perfect choice for a shallow sink with your faucet outlets coming close to the sink lip as the 1930s quick fab homes did. The stainless steel is very easy to clean off a quick rinse down a little soap and water very easy to wipe off. I have a lot of particulates in my water here in Oakland California and I like the ability to unscrew the swivel head and clean out the faucets swivel head as well as take off the gooseneck itself and clean out from there without having to completely dismantle the entire sink. I have found that there is no leakage provided that at the outlet for connectors for the water you make sure to use the provided plumbers tape or if you are like me and old school plumbers putty. Anywhere else it just needs a little bit more tightening up and you are good to go leak free. Please remember anytime that you allow a leak to continue it will degrade the structure of the metal as water is a naturally rotor and it will cause a permanently situation if you do not fix it immediately no matter what quality the faucet is.

Love it!
This faucet installed easily. No issues at all. I love the swivel nozzle and the fact u can switch from stream to spray. The only thing that is probably going to be a problem is, when the cartridges eventually wear out, will they be replaceable. But that will be years down the road and hopefully I will have gotten my moneys worth of use out of it by then. My previous faucet was a central brass faucet that lasted 50 years, but unfortunately they don’t make a goose neck faucet.

Do not buy!
Update March 17, 2024:Yesterday I saw they are advertising "upgraded" version of this faucet. It claims it comes with more compatible parts and a METAL sprayer nozzle. So I took a chance, because I really liked the faucet (except for the cheap nozzel). Received it next day (today) and NOPE! SAME PLASTIC SPRAY NOZZLE! Why lie, though? Now I'm returning this and getting my $ back!Update March 16, 2024:OK, so, it finally proved to be CRAP. I was ready to defend this product. In my original review I even said I can't understand why people are complaining about the aerator/ sprayer piece where you can adjust the setting from a spray to a stream. I don't doubt that people were breaking it sooner (within weeks/month) because they're slamming their dishes and pots into it. However, ours just broke for no reason whatsoever after 2 years. It obviously is because this piece is plastic. Why they would make this piece that has to handle and deal with a lot of water pressure a cheap/thin plastic is beyond me. So, basically I got about 2 years of use out of this faucet. That's fine if you were really only looking for something temporary. But, now we have to find another faucet. So it was really just a waste of money. Also, a part of the wall pipe connectors is not stainless steel, but covered with fake chrome, and it began to rot away within a year.Update:The couplers arrived so I replaced the white temporary ones I had to use (picture) to hold it till I could get the chrome ones on. My pipes do not stick out from the wall very far, so you can see I had to "indent" the cosmetic hole covers that go onto the wall to get a snug fit - no cracking, so it's not bad at all... I did not use washers with the couplers, just really good coating of plumbers tape. The picture of the tools is all I needed to get the job done. I only needed the hammer and larger wrench to get the old ones off. The wire brush was to remove any old plumbers tape or corrosion from the pipe thread before I put on the new adjustable fixings. Over all, I gotta say I'm pretty impressed. I leveled it "by eye" and afterwards, you can see I couldn't have got it any more level if I tried. I will say the chrome is very soft metal, so I did do some damage to the fixings when tightening/loosening - at one point I even put a towel over it, so you may want to double-up the towel. Still, the aesthetic mishaps are minor and hopefully those spots won't corrode too much. 4 stars because of that. These are the female couplers I ordered on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08V87PC2Q/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_7ZAFPDDZ0GCR18HVF4RY?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1Original Post:Ok, originally I was going to give it one star and return it... I literally had the return ready to go. But in the 2nd pic you can see it came with all kinds of parts that the instructions made NO mention of. Even the video here shows no "real" installation steps... just "pop it on" and go. Basically, I felt like there was no guarantee I wasn't going to have problems down the road due to improper installation. So I don't even know if I will still have problems later, but, outside of the screen-washers and the chrome hardware, I didn't use anything else they put in the box... just used plumber's tape on ALL the threads. Now, it did get tricky for me during install, because it turns out my old pipe system is male. Incidentally, the adjustable "S" piece that attaches to the wall pipe is also male. Therefore, I had to go to Home Depot to pick up two 1/2 inch couplers. Problem was, they only had the longer pvc type, so I had to grab those in a cinch - then I put it together I then ordered proper size 1/2 inch chrome couplers on Amazon and will re-do the pipe fixture when they come - but at least for now I have running water.I want to - BUT I CANT - be mad at the company/brand for my old pipes being the way they are. That's just how plumbing goes! That's why you see a ton of accessories for adjustments at hardware stores! Needless to say... I WAS able to install this faucet, it DOES run, and do what it says it's supposed to do.As you can see my sink needs a good deep clean and some new caulking around the edges (my mom's house was built early 50s and this is the original sink!), but the faucet looks superb! What I CANNOT comment on is how durable this thing is. I see a lot of complaints about the movable spout breaking, but only time will tell if mine will, too. I have no clue if those folks are slamming pots and pans around hitting their faucet when they clean. Or if it's truly an inferior tap...? If it is, you can bet I'll come and change my review.I like the water flow from this thing! It's a good bit of water that comes out, so it doesn't matter the knobs don't have great turning radius; even just a slight turn gives great water flow/pressure. Huge positive difference from the cheaper faucet my mom had on here that I replaced. The nobs barely have to be turned to get some water action. I think the twist handles really add to the old fashioned vibe.Just for the record, I did this (I'm a girl) all by myself and I've never installed plumbing fixtures before. It just took standard tools (like wrenches), a hammer to get the old fixtures off, and some strength I didn't know I had, some drive to succeed and a lot of patience. There's nothing you can't do!

Excellent combination of price, quality and ease of installation
I found this faucet to be very practical, it has a very useful range of movement for a wall faucet, it is elegant and of very good quality for the price, it is highly recommended. Customer service also responds very quickly and cordially.

Fits where othere can't
This replaced a 30 year old mop sink faucet in the laundry room that was just stubbed out copper nailed to the studs at a random spacing. For years I tried to find a replacement faucet but most had standard spacing. This gives you infinite spacing within it's reach. Very sturdy solid feeling metal through and through. They give you just about every fitting needed for any install. You would be hard pressed to find a combination that the included parts did not work for. I did add two stainless steel tubes to hide my old tarnished copper that protruded from the wall. See photo, they come out of the escutcheon and were the same diameter as the inside of the escutcheon and were about the exact length I needed. I know they are stainless and the rest is polished chrome, but it looks a heck of a lot better than the tarnished copper I looked at for twenty plus years. One tip, at least for me anyway. Wrap the threads with more Teflon tape than you would normally. It took me a second install to stop some weeping. Could have just been my old soldered on copper fittings. Other than that easy install. Extremely happy with this purchase. I usually don't do reviews.Update to original review. I forgot to mention that the inlets have a shut off feature that can adjust flow for balancing max flow or completely shut off flow for repairs if ever needed. Think changing seals / cartridges or if the faucet leaks.

Only lasted 4 years!
Needs new gaskets after 4 years. Problem is no one sells them that fit this off -brand. Will need to replace entire faucet. This time going for a brand with parts I can easily replace. Maybe the upgraded version will be better, but not taking a chance.
