Used for installing line set for mini-split system through side of house
The outside diameter of the tube (not the flange) is 3", which fit perfectly in 3" hole I drilled through a concrete wall to install a mini-split system.

Worked but deformed due to heat of vent
Product was shipped and delivered on time , but on the application I was using it one , the product deformed it’s shape due to the heat of the air going through the piping

Not just for Ducts.
I was looking for a 3 inch grommet to create a finished look for the 3 inch hole I drilled through my desk for cables, but couldn’t find anything I liked. Then I found this duct connector and it worked perfectly.

Slim and sturdy
It's a slim flange with smooth edges. The screw holes have a reinforcing ring around them. Very happy with the item.
