Buttermilk - it’s just not for cooking any more!
All you need is a hot air popcorn popper, a spray can of cooking spray, and some powder buttermilk in a shaker. Spray popcorn with cooking oil and shake well in a large dish. Apply some buttermilk powder from the shaker unto the popcorn, and shake dish again. A butter popcorn flavor minus all of the chemicals. And it’s so easy!!

Wonderful for cooking and marinades. Only downside was no instructions on container. I had to go to the web site to get a powder to water ratio.

No direction the container on to how mix
Have not used yet, purchase for long term storage. But there is no direction on the container on to how use.
