Great product, but hard to put together
Screws and bolts were so tight, it was extremely difficult to do adjustments. Striped screws and had to replace. If the chair is adjustable to need, then the screws, nuts , etc. should be only hand tightened so people can work with them

Safety and Durability
I use showerbuddy for many years in my assisted living communities and I find it very useful mainly due to its durability, safety and ease of use. I have been a customer for over 7 years and we use it in all my facilities where the wear and tear is heavy and showerbuddy seemed to withstand all the heavy use. Highly recommend and as we grow, we use only this company and product line.

Solid product but bulky awkward
Bulky awkward in shower. Not sure I like slidding locks. Heavier then I expected. My caregivers don't really enjoy using it. It is made solid just wish it was less bulky. More designed for hospital settings with wider doors more turning space.
