Love this axe
I bought 3 total I liked it so much. Good quality well built. Full disclosure I haven’t used mine yet in real world application. But with that said it is a quality axe.

Light compact axe
It is good for a light weight compact axe. It is made in China. The tang only goes as far down as the 3 bolts and bolts into a plastic like material so it is not full tang.

The plus - it came out of the box very sharp, cool designThe minus - the shaft was crooked, materials are very cheap, smaller than you might think

handle broke the first time we used it.
The handle broke the first time my son used it. Not much more we can say, I bought it for his birthday, he used it camping, it broke. I am thankful no one got hurt. We replaced it at a camping store.. I learned my lesson, next time buy in person..

This is one of the most durable hatchet's out there for the price. Very versatile, durable and an ease to handle. You can pull nail, pound it flat and hammer it back in just as quick as standard claw hammer. Great for mending fences and working around the North 40. Highly recommended.Semper Fi!C.S. Groves
