Good quality product at a reasonable price.
Used as a pre- biotic for a healthy digestive system— only been using for a couple of days so too early to rate its effectiveness. Appears to be of good quality at a reasonable price.

Get rid of internal fat!
This item was received ahead of schedule despite Covid-19. Last year Inulin was recommended by a TV doctor as the supplement to rid oneself of possible hidden fat that collects around the heart and other internal organs and is not usually identified without specific x-rays. (The tv programme advised Angela Rippon of an unknown condition she had with severe amounts of fat around her heart which needed serious attention.)The Inulin powder will be adding it to my daily smoothies (it has no taste) and also spread on my morning cereal.

Excellent speedy service. Powder dissolves well on the whole, leaves an odd small lump sometimes. Pleasant to drink, works well, for giving you healthy bowels.

It’s not cocaine !
Remind me, why am I taking this?Ok, so several reviewers said it aided sleep. There doesn’t appear to be any scientific evidence to support this and it definitively doesn’t work for me. However, on the off-chance that I have accumulated a lot of fat around my heart, this will help reduce it, (recently there was a good documentary on this). Of course - short of a very expensive full body MRI scan - I’m never going to know if this is the case! So… As my grandad’s old joke goes - a small man sits in a train carriage, tearing up little bits of newspaper and throwing them out of the window. Intrigued by this, a fellow passenger asks him why he’s doing this. The small man replies, “it keeps the elephants away”. Puzzled, the fellow passenger replies, “but there are no elephants?” Small man: “see, it works!”
