These are delightfully crisp, simple, sweet cookies, as I think people in the US would call tortas. Made with olive oil not butter, perfect with tea, among other things.

Ines Tortas are a great product with your morning coffee. Dao Gourmet Foods ships quickly and the product comes with virtually no cracked tortas. Very yummy!!

Good but too expensive

I have ordered these in the past and other than some broken crackers they were good. This time not good! Instead of 10 packages, there were 8, and some “filler” defects. I paid close to 100.00 for these! I’d like replacements. Thank you

Many Americans don't understand or appreciate the subtle flavors of "sweets" that aren't loaded with cane sugar. These tortas are lightly sweet with a subtle anise flavor. Not everyone's taste. I like them though.

First if all, I love these tortas and have eaten them for decades. It was a disappointing purchase because many of the boxes were full of broken tortas. The expiration date was also two months off, so not exactly fresh stock. And they’re non returnable. Lesson learned. I’ll pay more and continue to purchase them at the grocery store.

These treats are seriously addictive, I love that they are not super sweet and the subtle hint of anise makes then perfect for times you just need a light snack.
