Great customer service!
I ordered this hood based on the 9x9 dimensions in the title of the description. I didn't read the detail that showed the dimensions as being 9 x something bigger. That's on me. So I initiated a return, but shipping it back from the U.S. to the U.K. was cost prohibitive. They understood and refunded my money anyway! I would definitely order from them again just based on the customer service alone, I would just be sure to read the detailed description a little more carefully.

Great hood cover, fit the vent opening on my home.I had a hard time finding one that would fit a 9x9 opening, but this worked perfectly. I painted it to match my siding, looks great and does the job.
