Excellent battery life
As advertised, holds a charge for days, installed in a dell 2-in-1 touchscreen laptop

Did not work, in spite of following troubleshooting and instructions [1 update]
After first installed, the Dell laptop had error Amber(x3)-White blinking LED power codes. And battery showed fixed 80% (never changing), but laptop was not getting power from battery because unplugging the power cord immediately the laptop shut down.Followed the instructions for install. And followed the troubleshooting of uninstalling the battery device driver through Device Manager, and other steps could find online about Dell batteries in general.Nothing I tried got the laptop to recognize the battery or pull a charge from it. Nothing stopped the constant Amber+White blinking LED codes. Returning to Amazon and buying an OEM Dell battery elsewhere.- - -Update 2021-06-13Vendor reached out very proactively and helped confirm the model and other details. (Added 1-star for the great customer service.) Says they will directly send a different model which should be compatible. Will update further as it progresses.- - -Update 2021-08-01Vendor sent a different model, which seems to have worked fine. Left off 1-* for the extra hassle of return & new shipment. But kudos to the vendor for excellent follow-up and customer service. Would definitely work with them again.

Dead in 5 months of use
The battery life did not last but 5 months and I had to purchase another. I went with a different brand this time. I feel the battery should have lasted at least a year and not just 5 months.

Buyers beware! Poor quality connector can damage your device
Bought this for a Dell Latitude 7390 2-in-1. Background, I am an IT technician for that past 7 years. I have plenty experience with battery swaps and computers in general. This battery can and will break your battery connector on the motherboard. The slits in the connector are not large enough and bent two of my pins right off. Followed standard battery removal and installation protocols. Will be trying to get a refund.

Only worked for about 18 months
The upside: this battery did work as a replacement in my Dell 5289 2-in-1. It was easy to install and worked right away.The downside: within a year the ability to keep the laptop running on battery power was decreasing rapidly. By the 18 month point I could barely get 1 hour use on a charge. Now at just over 2 years there is extensive battery swelling. I'll be replacing the battery again, and most definitely will not be using this sub-standard brand.
