I use this to thicken and give texture to my stews.It's a good product.I put it in quart jars to keep it fresh, clean & easy to use.

Our stores here stopped carrying decently priced barley during the virus. I had to go online. I didn't really need 24 bags of it, but I didn't have much choice. I've used this barley to make stew and plan to find more recipes. At least it won't go bad for a long time.
