Violet: Great for keeping colored hair vibrant, not to dye as bright as my hair is (see photos)
Firstly, the delicious smell of this product is so yummy it should make you want to buy it just for that and how smooth it makes your hair. It’s almost chocolate like, not espresso as the label states.Secondly, this is my second time purchasing this product. I used the orange color when my hair was an orangish red to maintain color as well. Ive used other depositing hair dye and this one just smells so good and leaves my hair feeling so great, it’s worth the smaller amount you get Bc you really don’t need THAT much.Thirdly, for color depositing quality, it’s a color conditioner that I am using over light, bleached hair that has been dyed purple. Then I use this to keep the color vibrant. Meaning if you have medium-dark brown hair, this is not to dye your hair, it’s to tint lighter blonde/gray hair whatever color or to maintain color. If my hair was a more natural color, id probably get the dark brown color!!

Excellent deposit only color that makes the hair feel soo good
The media could not be loaded. 1 week into quarantine I bleached my already highlighted hair... twice. It’s curly and it’s SO POROUS that it doesn’t matter if I tone my hair with a a strong permanent dye, or add low lights with a real dye, it just washes out - WHILE damaging my already damaged hair and inevitably gives me a slight case of ‘hot roots’. It’s just all bad.I never understood why the no-lift color stain products like this one are so hard to find. It’s what over processed blondes like myself NEED to add some color to our hair without disturbing the color of our natural roots!I love this stuff because my hair loves it. It seals my cuticle, helps keep on moisture. My hair feels smooth and silky and it gives dimension to my flat peroxide blonde, without disturbing or lifting my natural root color.Beware It is potent!!! The color at full strength is a dark beige/warm neutral blonde. I normally mix it 1:1 or 1:2 with a conditioner to achieve a lighter shade. In the photos I provided I used it at full strength.I only do a little melting of color around my roots to help reduce the line of demarcation from bleach and then ‘lowlight’ the rest with random strands. My curly hair is forgiving to my messy application.Pictures taken a day apart

Good but not in grays
See my before and after. It really freshened up my color and gave it a deep conditioning. I treated my gray roots twice- once shampooing in and the second w bowl and brush. It really doesn’t stain the grays at all but overall, it’s a good product.

Never really washes off - turned my hair GREEN!
When I started using it, I loved the results because it made my hair shiny. However, after using it for a while I started getting split ends. I didn’t use heat or change anything other than this. Also, my hair is naturally dark brown and I just did this thing to make color more rich and shiny. I stopped using it and a month later went to get highlights. I didn’t even think it could still stay in my hair, considering I wash my hair often. When the hairstylist did my highlights, they turned green! She toned them (twice), but the toner washed off a month later. Now I’m left with two choices (and both of them are not the best): go get permanent hair dye on those highlights, but it will damage my hair even more and it will wash off eventually because I have bleached hair. Or color my hair at home with more crap like this, coloring conditioners or semi permanent colors, but I’d have to do it every 2 weeks because it washes off quickly…I’m a homeschooling mom and have no time for it. I have to wait to grow them out! Basically, I don’t recommend this because the blue / green pigment is very strong, and it actually damaged my hair.

Adds color doesn't condition
I used the brown on my hair that has some grey and is semi permanent colored dark brown . This product did add some color to my greys, but it definitely didn't condition my hair, in fact it dries it out. I ended up adding it to my shampoo, waiting 3-5 minutes and then using conditioner. It does stain hands, but I rub some baking soda on them and it comes off. I would say that this is good to use when your color is starting to fade, but don't count on it for conditioning.

Excellent Alternative to Dying Hair
While some women look great when they go gray, others look better with their original color. We all get to choose our hair color regardless of our age. I use the Gold conditioner a couple times a week, and it's all I need to stay blonde. I brush the product into my hair while dry and leave in for about five minutes before showering and shampooing. Easy and effective, no harsh chemicals. In a few years I may switch to purple.A great product. Highly recommended.

Terrific product! Well worth the $$
This conditioner smells SOOO good, like coffee and chocolate. I 've been using for 6 months , same bottle, still have more product. I found you can apply this to your hairline on dry hair between washes to cover greys around the hairline. Love it!

Disappointed.
I followed the directions - leaving the conditioner on for 5 minutes to be sure - and not only was there no color, but my hair did not feel well conditioned. I had just tried a different brand of color conditioner at the salon and was hoping for similar results.
