Very good quality, Indian products are nowhere comparable.
Heating is just enough for hot fomentation, the Indian products literally burn your skin

It doesn’t heat well as required the heat is very low and very bad product even they won’t take it back even it’s of no use to me because of it not working properly

Very disappointed by the Quality of a German brand ! I have bought other devices of Buerer and never been disappointed. This is defective perhaps. No heat but mild and luke warm which is not what it should be

THIS IS A REALLY BAD QUALITY PRODUCT, IT HEAT EXTREMELY LOW, YOU CAN'T GET ANY BENEFIT FROM THIS HEATING PAD, AMAZON ALSO REFUSE TO HELP ME WHILE IF YOU CALL WITHIN SEVEN DAY OF DELIVERY THEY SHOULD APPROVE RETURNS BUT THEY DON'T. INSTEAD, THEY ASK ME TO CONTACT THE COMPANY AND THE COMPANY SAYS THAT SEND IT BACK FOR REPLACEMENT PAYING COURIER CHARGES TOO. EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PRODUCT IS NOT GOOD.
