Works for what I need it to
The chair serves its purpose, however assembly was absolutely a headache my husband started off so well but the chair handles were an absolute nightmare to put on. The hydraulic lift is upside down so instead of stepping I have to do it with my hand and lift the seat up!

Worth it
The media could not be loaded. I love the chair! It took me a while to set but we got it done! The chair looks exactly how it is shown. Nothing was damaged. Its also not as big as I thought so im happy about that. If you do pedicures at home definitely worth the buy. The foot spa IS NOT included make sure to have your own!

Janky Pedicure Chair
This chair came with preholes & limited instructions. The arm hole is in the wrong place so the arm rest won’t reach the hole. I’ve contacted them but they have yet to resolve. The foot rest is wobbly & unstuffy. It’s impossible to do a pedicure in the chair. It’s very heavy & expensive to send back. A waist of time and money. Don’t do it.

Not happy
Bought this for my salon suite. Some parts were already installed, however they was backwards and the predrilled holes didn't match up so I had to Improvise. Now the seat back part of the seat leans forward slightly. When taking the parts out of the package noticed the seat was ripped in 2 spots. Thankfully they was in the back of the seat but I didn't expect a new product to be damaged this badly. I can't send back because opening day is Tuesday and wouldn't get a replacement quickly enough. Just disappointed

Decent pedicure chair
The media could not be loaded. Does what it says. If you’re good at following directions, simple to put together! Functions well so far! For the price, over satisfied with purchase! Besides the foot part not going lower.

Kind of disappointed.
We bought this to use during laser nail treatment. However, there were several issues.First, the assembly was made complicated by the fact that they didn’t bother to even include the Allen wrench needed to put this all together. Not to mention the fact that you had to use two different size ones.After the assembly, we noticed that the chair tilts slightly forward so when you’re sitting on it, you’re constantly sliding down.Also, the hydraulic lift does not work. You have to manually lift the chair up and if someone is sitting on it, it’s impossible to lift them. Perhaps the hydraulics used is too weak for the chair.Finally, it does not feel sturdy at all. It looks as though it won’t hold anyone over 150 pounds.
