Works well for the purpose, effective using with glutamine for healthy gut

This supplement has been a game changer for me. I had read that zinc reduces cold symptoms, but it always made me really sick, even when taken with food. I started taking this form of zinc because it's used by Japanese doctors for gastritis, which I had been struggling with for a long time. The side effect is that I went from getting sick a couple of times a month (hubby is a teacher & kid in middle school) to almost never. Also, I would be in bed typically for a couple of days and now I'm almost never laid up and my symptoms are mild for a short duration. Also, no gastritis. I don't know if it will work this way for other people, but it has helped me tremendously.

Since Zinc Carnosine has been studied to support gut mucosa (protective for the lining)...I decide to add it to my routine of taking pre-and-pro-biotics. I have occasional trouble with diarrhea and irritable bowel. My experience after taking it for 3 weeks is that I have had less bouts of cramping, bloating, and lower abdomen pain (I would say about 10% -20% improvement).I can't contribute that to ZC, but since I've started my regimen of taking better care of my digestive system (I started 4 weeks ago), I think the ZC has provided some benefit. Since I'm early in my program, it remains to be seen if ZC will promote further support, but for now, I will continue to keep it as part of my routine.

Pills were easy to swallow

I used this product for gut health support and healing. I have never had a negative reaction to this product and continue to be hopeful that it is an excellent tool to aid good gut health.

I started taking it to help heal the lining of my stomach. Sadly, after taking it for 3 days I broke out in a rash. I’m also allergic to B 12 and this is probably another allergic reaction. I don’t think there is anything wrong with the product.

I've been having stomach issues for months. I don't have the healthiest of diets, but I thought it might be from too much coffee in the morning so I cut my intake in half, didn't help. Did a little research and found that cold brew coffee was better for those of us with stomach issues, so I made the switch. That worked for a while but eventually the bloat and chronic burping returned. Prilosec was the only thing that helped, but I was concerned about the long term effects, so I did a little research and stumbled across Zinc Carnosin and Greek yogurt. I take one pill and eat one cup of yogurt in the morning. This is only day 4 without Prilosec, but I'm feeling fine without it. If that changes I will be sure to give an update.
