This machine made my life much easier and less expensive. At today's prices of cigarettes smoking became way too expensive. But with this device the price-tag dropped significantly. I buy great tobacco in bulk, same goes for cigarette tubes, and I have enough for months. I had my machine for a little over a year and at the cigarette #10 661 it stopped pushing tobacco into the slot at the bottom of the tobacco container. I clean the machine regularly and thoroughly but most likely the tobacco from the bottom of the bag was a bit too fine, almost dust-like, and jammed the shoving mechanism. I contacted the manufacturer, shipped it to them on Tuesday, next Monday I had it back working like new. Sweet!Use Fine Cut tobacco only, do not use sticky tobaccos like Cavendish - it will jam the machine,I highly recommend the machine and the service. Five stars for both.

This product shows the old powermatic +3 . Which I have owned 3 of. I ordered this one only because the picture shows the old one. When I opened it, I was disappointed to see it the newest powermatic +3 . Which isn't in my opinion not as well made or works as well.

The media could not be loaded. When we first got this roller it worked great. After a while we noticed that it wouldn’t roll if the bag was at the end or when it was really humid. Then it stopped working altogether and just said hopper as if it were jammed but I couldn’t get it to work after cleaning it. I messaged them and they got right back to me, I sent it in for repairs and it was back home a few days later. I’ve had zero problems with it since then, it’ll roll even if the material is dust and the humidity is really high. Almost 13 thousand cycles and she’s still pumping them out strong. It would have probably gotten 3 or 4 stars if it weren’t for the stellar customer service. That deserves 10 stars all by itself. I’d recommend this roller to anyone who might have a need for one.

He smokes reg and I do the 100's and this machine does both perfectly and within seconds. Some of the tobacco needs alittle snipping with sissors-but thats not even necessary if you don't want to . We love it and are saving thousands in a years time making our own.

Like most of it but took star away. Such a good product but needs a light or Clear plastic to see how much Tabaco is in compartment. Very Very annoying. Why just typing this am going back and taking another star away. All I ask is WHY. FOR LOOKS

This is great for the price rolls cigarette easy and rolls like 200 in like 20 min or less. My bf loves it.

I am at 3384 smokes made and 0 problems! Very very happy to not be paying over $10 a pack!
