Baby's Only Dairy Toddler Formula, 12.7 Oz (Pack of 6) | Non GMO | USDA Organic | Clean Label Project Verified

This is the only organic formula in the US to buy - all the others are owned by the same company, PBM Naturals, (besides Similac which is garbage anyway) and contain corn syrup. The Similac Organic has sugar. Sugar is banned from baby formula in Europe, by the way. Baby's Only formula uses brown rice syrup. Similac and Baby's Only are the only formulas that do not contain palm oil, which is not able to be digested by babies. Palm Oil also creates a film which hinders the absorption of nutrients. Similac has other irritating ingredients though - ones that cause inflammation, carcinogen, etc. Baby's Only is the only US formula that does not contain synthetic preservatives.After extensive research, I found that Baby's Only Organic is the way to go.Even better if you can order Holle or Hipp formula from Europe but it is much more expensive if you calculate shipping.

Researched brands and arrived at conclusion that this is the best domestic. HIPPP or HOLLE brands might be slightly superior but not easily available in the USA market. Pricing on Amazon is peculiar and volatile. Check subscription option from the manufacturer which might be more cost effective. It's not entirely clear why the manufacturer positions its formula for 'toddler' - it seems to be just fine for infants but rather aimed to encourage breast feeding which certainly is superior to any formulation. If so...that's an admirable step by the manufacturer.

Let me preface this review by saying I believe breast feeding is the best way to feed any infant. Unfortunately, my breast feeding journey was not as I had hoped it would be. After consulting with doula's, lactation specialists, our pediatrician, and trying everything we could possibly think of, we had to supplement our twin girls much earlier than we would have liked, but are glad we found this formula. We started this formula when they were four months old even though it is marked as "toddler." Neither of our girls had any problems with this formula; no colic nor spit up/regurgitation issues, and each of them have had multiple bowel movements each day, i.e. no constipation. We chose this, not the DHA/AHA line of this brand, as we supplemented with  Nordic Naturals - Baby's DHA, Supports Brain and Visual Development, 2 Ounces , as we felt it was a less processed form of DHA. We have had no complaints about the above mentioned combination and when I get stopped while out and about (all.the.time.) I get countless comments on how healthy and well behaved our girls are.Our girls are now a year old so we are starting to slowly ween them off formula as the both have healthy appetites for the organic, whole food meals we enjoy; if we have another child, and must take the formula route again, we would choose the same products

My granddaughter's twins struggled with American made formula and after researching organics on the web she found this one. It's expensive but the babies are absolutely thriving and are much happier. No formula can take the place of mother's milk but when a young woman has to go back to work she should choose a formula that is free of all the crap we get in our food in the United States. This is a European (Germany) brand and like so many other German products it's truly excellent. Do you homework moms. Don't give your kids Genetically Modified Foods that contain herbicides and pesticide residue.

Great as a back up to breast milk... for conscientious moms and dads who hate the ingredient lists of most formulas.I shopped & shopped to find this, because it disturbed me to see what some relatives were buying for their babies at the supermarket. I wanted better for them and their babies. I'm into organics and occasionally have to babysit for little relatives, too. I couldn't in good conscience give them the mainstream formulas on the market.

We felt our baby was getting gas and acid re-flux. Baby was awake at night and miserable during the day. Doctor wanted to put the baby on prescription medicine.We wanted to find a formula without DHA / ARA to see if DHA / ARA was contributing to the gas / re-flux. I have been very happy with this formula. I had to start supplementing with formula the second month due to low supply and I was very concerned about finding a quality, no GMO, organic formula. We started our daughter out on the lactose free version for the first two months and then switched her to the dairy when I wasn't able to pump anymore. There was a one day transition period where her stool was harder then previous due to the change but then it went back to normal. I'm very happy with the product, price and very fast delivery.

This is the only formula I give to my baby. From my research all formula is crap but this is the best. All organic ingredients. All formula uses some form of sugar, many use high fructose corn syrup. This one uses brown rice syrup which is good except brown rice typically has a lot of arsenic. Apparently this company had the problem of high arsenic levels but they've since added a filtering process to remove it. We gave it to our baby starting at 1 week even though the container says "Toddler Formula". Ask your doctor if it's safe though, don't listen to me. It may cause constipation and our baby occasionally would go a day without pooping. To fix that we alternated with the soy version which has a little fiber in it.
