Bright, clean, quite salty
The media could not be loaded. Love the bright, sweet flavor without the heaviness of regular, dark soy sauce. Great for seasoning raw, blanched or delicate foods, i.e. seafood, noodles, vegetables, salads. In this variation of chef, Peter Gilmore, (see video attached) I mixed the white soy sauce with white sesame seed oil, sliced ginger, white sliced scallions and jasmine tea. Insanely delicious. Careful not to use too much of this soy sauce, or the dish will become too salty.

Broken on arrival
Bottle came broken and spilled all over the place. And it was not eligible for a refund. Major bummer. Would definitely not buy again.

Really interesting
Really interesting flavor MUCH different from regular soy sauce. Much more savory in almost a fish sauce way! I used some on green lettuce as a basic salad and it was amazing!
