100x better than “the other brand”
You need to buy this one instead of “the other one” that is so much more expensive!Pros: Dark!! No “hole” at the top that leaks light. Pops open to assemble like a kid’s pop-up tents—NO poles!!! Setup takes 1 minute or less. Size when disassembled (twist to collapse) is so small and comes with a nice carrying bag with room to store a crib sheet and blanket.Cons: Can get pretty stuffy inside, vents are only at the bottom. I just kept the zipper open slightly. Zipper closure can seem “loud,” but definitely not as loud as Velcro. If you forget how to twist/fold the tent, you might get annoyed if it takes longer than 2 minutes to put away.

good idea but horrible quality
I bought this for our first family beach vacation since we would be staying in a hotel for a couple of days and not sure if our room would have blackout shades. Tent pops up very easily but once its up and on your child's pack n play, it does not zip and unzip very easily. On the second night of using it, zipper busted and defeated the purpose of having a dark space for our baby. Also there is no way to hand or insert a baby monitor into this tent which means you have to open the tent flaps or unzip to take a peek at baby. For the price, I thought it would be better quality. I will be returning it.

Great for travel!
This product did not disappoint! It was so easy to set up, took less 10 seconds! Even though, the fabric is not too thick, and there was many areas that are mesh, so it did not get hot or stuffy inside, the light was blocked out and it was dark inside.Folding it was a little tricky, but after watching a YouTube video it was easily done. Highly recommend

Very good, but zipper is, yes, a problem
I purchased this for my granddaughter when she sleeps at our home. She loves the style, and the black out is not full black out as noted on previous reviews, but in a room, with curtains drawn, all good. Easy to set up, a pain to collapse. It's the zipper that bothers me in that it is just not sturdy and difficult to close. However, still good for what is needed.

Zippers are low quality
Using the tent for the first time. The first night the zipper was loud very difficult to pull so we left the access panel open. Currently we are on the third night of use and the zipper has completely broken. It wouldn't budge when we tried from the left side and when we pulled from the right side it had a "jumpy" feel because it was off the teeth. I would ask for a replacement or refund since it is not cheap and now useless with the access panel unable to close up. However, we bought this in August for a family trip which was cancelled due to Covid and just now using it for the first time and we are outside of the return window. Pictures to come when baby isnt occupying the pack and play.

The worst of the worst!! Don’t waste your money!
I used this once and it wouldn’t fold back. It took forever and then I realized it wasn’t folding because it was broken. The metal wiring was split in half on the bottom and pulled right through. Considering I hadn’t had the product for even a year, I request a replacement and the seller informed me they don’t do replacements and only guarantee their product for 30 DAYS! So they know their product SUCKS AND ONLY LASTS FOR MAYBE A MONTH. Save your money and just budget to buy the name brand version that lasts and works!

Lifesaver for Room Sharing/Travel
This was a lifesaver on a recent trip. My little guy was scared of it for a while, so we had to play in it a lot the week before we left. After he got over the initial apprehension, he slept great in it. At night I left the window open so he could see his night light, but while lying down, he couldn’t see that I was still in the room with him (and therefore, didn’t expect me to get him every time he woke). For naps I zipped the window closed about 80% of the way, helping to give him a dark environment but still allowing a little more airflow—and not freaking him out by making him wake up completely closed off from the room. It is a little difficult to zip the window closed, and noisy, but my son goes into his bed awake, so it wasn’t an issue for us. Pay close attention to how it unfolds when you first open it! I practiced opening it halfway and closing it several times in a row before letting it pop all the way open. Every time I tried to close it, I had to try twice, but it worked well the second time each time. Overall, it was a big help in making room sharing and napping in rooms without blackout blinds much easier!

Good for travel!
We use this every time we travel. However there are some drawbacks. The zipper is extremely loud for my kiddo. When he’s asleep, he wakes up to the zipper and cries because he knows it’s bedtime. We don’t use the zipper any longer but it works really well for keeping his pack n play dark enough. We also have trouble collapsing this back into the bag.Something to think about - if you have a little one that wakes overnight and is stimulated by light you will still need to black out the entire room. Sounds obvious but maybe not? We did not think of that the first time using this. We only had the tent to keep it dark for him in the pack n play. When he woke in the early morning (5am) and we picked him up to rock him back to sleep, only we couldn’t get him back to sleep because the room was still bright. Overall, I would still recommend this product because it keeps our child’s sleep area dark when he’s sleeping.

Pops right up
Great! Literally pops up nothing to put together. Perfect for travel. Less expensive alternative to the Slumberpod
