Alkanater Halawa, Sesame Candy (Plain, 2 LB) Pack of 2

This is the best-tasting halvah I've found that isn't outrageously expensive, and recently for some reason it's been harder to find. I ordered this and at first only half of the order (a pack of 2) arrived. I reached out to the seller and they were so prompt about fixing the problem that they apparently overnighted the second piece to me. It arrived the next day. Overall, I'm happy with my experience and with the product.

Very happy with Alkanater Halawa. Yummy healthy dessert and snack. Need to stock up on more! :)

Delicious and expensive

I paid $11.76 for a two-pound container a few months ago. I thought I was buying two x two containers for $36. Makes sense to me. Instead, I receive just two containers for $18 each. Shame on me for being so foolish. I feel deceived and ripped off. This is the last time I buy this product.

I got turned on to halawa years ago. I decided to try this brand and was happy with the result. The package it comes in is sturdy. Some who are sensitive to sweet, may find it too sweet, for me, it is just right. The only problem that one might have is getting a large amount of the confection out of the tub at one time. I have not tried to do this as I just use a teaspoonful to get my "fix". I have also tried an experiment and sprinkled lightly some lemon juice on the halawa and that was very good.
