A Must Buy - Best IP cookbook out there!
I must admit I get most of my recipes online these days. Cookbooks just aren't what they used to be. HOWEVER, this cookbook by Sandy Clifton in an exception. It is fantastic. Granted, some of these recipes can be found on her website but to have all of them together is wonderful. And these are recipes you want...good homestyle meals like lasagna, meatloaf, port tenderloin, babyback ribs, pulled pork, stuffed peppers, salisbury steak, etc. But she also includes spice rub recipes, desserts, and fun stuff like blueberry and strawberry jam recipes. The descriptions are easy to follow and no recipe includes hard to find ingredients. If you are looking for an overall, all encompassing cookbook for your Instant Pot/Pressure Cooker, this is it. I plan on buying a couple more to give to my family as gifts!

Pressure Cooking Made Easy
I found the author of this cookbook from a group I found on FaceBook. I liked the recipes so much, when I found out there was a cookbook I didn’t hesitate to purchase this item and I’m so delighted I did. There are so many delicious recipes in the book that I have enjoyed making for my family. I am new to the Instant Pot, using this book has been easy and fun. It’s easier for me to have a hard copy rather than having to refer to my tablet all the time. When my family see’s my Instant Pot out on the counter they become excited. What are we having Mom? I recommend this recipe book for all folks using a pressure cooker. The recipes are easy and fun to make and every item in the book that I have made so far has turned out delicious.

Marvelous Recipes for the Instant pot
The Recipes in this book are great, Just what I expected from Sandy. I have made a number of these recipes and they have worked out great. If al you are looking for are just the written recipes, this book is for you. I however, was expectiong more. Just like Sandy's recipes, I was expecting color photos of the finshed project and some tips on how to make it. It is a good book. It just needs a little more color.

If you have an electric pressure cooker, you need this book! If you don't, get one and get the book!
This is just such a great cookbook. Sandy has done a spectacular job of converting some of my favorite childhood recipes to Instant Pot recipes as well as introducing me to some new IP recipes. She gives us everything from breakfast to desserts, sauces, rubs and more! There's even a section dedicated to different spice rubs. If you're new to the Instant Pot Sandy has you covered. In her book she discusses common terminology, FAQs, cooking times, and more. I'm so excited to dive in and get cooking.

overpriced
Good everyday recipes but nothing you can't find on her website. Unlike the website which has colorful photos of each dish, the cookbook has only about a total of 7 and they're not even in color but black and white. What's up with that? I'm a visual person and that was very disappointing. That's the reason I think it is overpriced. On the good side the instructions are clear and easy to follow even for beginners. And they are foods that your family would probably like. Not a lot of exotic recipes that take ingredients that you haven't bought before. There are nice pressure cooking time charts in the back. And if you want the convenience of having the recipes in a book form then go for it. I'll probably still go to the website to see the photos of the prepared dishes.
