I was hesitating between 4 and 5 stars, and settled on 5 stars, giving this seller the benefit of the doubt regarding a mismatch in the description of this Lenovo tiny and the item delivered. May be it’s an honest mis-description, because I know how difficult it is to keep everything accurate. Description says it’s an Intel Quad Core i5-6600T; but the delivery was i5-6500T instead. I wanted to complain, but did not because the difference in core clock speed difference is minimal. But in principle, I should have received the i5-6600T as advertised. Another blemish is that the 8GB of memory came as 2 x 4GB! I expected it to be 1 chip of 8GB so I can add another 8GB of memory. Now, if I want that, I need to buy 2 x 8GB and throw away the 2 x 4GB I now have. But I should have asked. To be fair, they should have said it in the description. But....the PC although refurbished, is just like new, with 2 USB wifi and bluetooth adapters. The Windows 10 is genuine with product key, and it works flawlessly. So they get my 5 stars.

I like the computer is for what I need it, the mouse and the keyboard are unnecessary for me to be honest, they are very low quality.

The product is working ok for now, the case looks a bit questionable. It looks like rescued from a flood, there's a vinyl foil trying to cover all the case damage, lots of scratches and wear. SSD badly mounted, some screws with threads stripped. But overall I'm happy with the product for the money. Accessories are cheap but a nice addition. I don' expect the included no-name SSD to last much but that's easily replaceable.It's ok, but expected a bit more from the renewal process."- This product is in "Excellent condition". The screen and body show no signs of cosmetic damage visible from 12 inches away. " <-- nope, not really true...

I was skeptical after reading some of the reviews but I’m very happy with this machine. It’s lightning quick. The solid state drive is working perfectly and the Win10 Pro set up in a couple of minutes. I added a usb 3.0 WiFi ac 1700 adaptor($17) (replaced the 802.11n 150) and the WiFi is now very fast. I did not receive a Bluetooth adapter, but the vendor has one enroute to me. I would recommend this product and the vendor.

I bought this to replace my old lap top which was not compatible to upgrade to Windows 10. It was i7 Intel 2nd generation machine. Anyhow new machine start up and shut down take few seconds with new Windows 10 pro. all other programs including videos also same with the supplier delivered USB support WiFi adapter.Seller contacted me at the same day I receive the package while I was opening the pack and it made me really happy as I was in an idea to upgrade this new machine to the level of my out dated lap top.After machine was booted up it made me really WOW in regular operation. Only difficulty I faced with the machine was the WiFi dongle get cut off very frequently. With the assistance of supplier's customer service Dept and Mr. Mark who was with me over the phone, I am going to install an in built dual band WiFi and BT card and it may be with me after two days through FedEx as seller sent me those F.O.C.Hope everything goes well and I really recommend this supplier Micro Deal for anybody interested in purchasing computer and or parts in future. It worked fine for about 8 months until today. After playing a computer game for a few hours it crashed without warning and won't turn back on. I'd be grateful to receive a refund or exchange but don't think I will.

Great little pc for the cost. The pc is super responsive and can run multiple apps without lag, my only concern was the temp the case was pretty warm to the touch so I can imagine the internal temp being high I’ll have to wait and see if this causes any issues.
