Veleco 3 wheeled folding electric mobility scooterThe Van driver/Scooter demonstrator, telephoned me at 18.00hrs telling me that he will deliver the scooter at 20.00hrs that same evening. He was somewhat ABRUPT when I informed him that I would not accept delivery that evening. I informed him that the manufacturer told me that I would receive at least 2 days notice of delivery. However, the scooter arrived fully assembled the following morning. The demonstration was carried out without a hitch.Product quality. Excellent, good strong looking product. The folding ability is some what over exaggerated. The minimum folding height of 28.7". My SUV has a clearance of 27". However, I found that after folding the handlebar assembly, exposing an Allen Key Bolt, by releasing the bolt allowing the total Handlebar to be removed. This reduces the folding height to 26". As regards lifting a 53kg scooter, which for me is completely out of the question. I have acquired 2 folding aluminum rams, allowing the scooter to be pushed up the rams into the SUV.Appearance. Dose not have the look of an disabled persons scooter, but ideal for disable person's, transportation or to have a bit of fun. It is as fast or as slow as you wont it. I've only had it for 3 days and as yet have not moved out of second gear.

This product is sold under the title of foldable trike. This is not the case. The handlebars fold down and that is all. The company say the seat is also removable but that is disassembly not folding. The product itself seems to be of good quality. Can't comment on performance because I never used it. Once I discovered it's not foldable, requested a refund as it is not fit for purpose.

I must admit I was very nervous about spending this amount of money on something without trying it out first but I need not have worried.This is an extremely well made and practical scooter. Delivered and tested by a company rep. The 3 speed/power settings, reverse gear and tight turning circle make it easy to use where ever you are. And with the folding handle bars and removable seat it was easy (albeit very heavy) to put in the boot of my car.Great value for money.

says it folds up but it don't ...the boot as to be very big...very heavy to handle....needs two strong men...but it runs and handles well.......

I really like this scooter. Its sturdy and feels safe to ride. Only down fall it has for me is that it DOESN'T hold itself on hills, even with the foot brake and hand brake applied it still roles backwards. I found this out the hard way when I stopped on a steep drop curb pavement and rolled back into the road. Luckily my husband was behind me to prevent anything nasty happening. Quite concerning really. Please be very careful if you travel alone on it. 4mph won't get you up any hills but 2nd gear can feel very quick.

I love the look of the scooter but I will take a while to get used to itI will use it to go on trips around the village and go on longer distances once I'm used to it

unbalanced will not pull up the4 hill outside my house brakes poor
