Perfect Fit!
Worked like a champ! I bought these for a new pair of Olukai's that were in my usual size, but just long enough that they would rub in bare feet. These inserts added just enough extra support on the heel that they don't rub, and they don't show from the outside at all.

Perfect for dress shoes that need to be broken into.
I had just bought new dress shoes and I had to wear them for a wedding, but they hadn’t been broken into yet. I was a bit scared that my heels would be killing me all night, but these helped relieve all the pain!! They were super easy to put in my shoe, and once they were in, they stayed in. Although my shoe was a bit snug, they molded to the shoe perfectly and helped a lot!!

Perfect
So I didn't not use these what they were intended for. I ordered a pair of sandals which I love but the were a little to wide and flop around so I had to figure out something so I could wear them. Then I found these and had an idea to put them inside the top of the wide strap and there you go fits perfect

Comes off easily
These are very puffy and fit pretty snug, but the adhesive sucks. Because they are so puffy, it's impossible to put your foot in the shoe without rubbing against them, and if you don't do it perfectly, they come off EASILY. Discovered this in 5 minutes of trying and I tried several of them with the same results. Worthless for me.

Great!
These really worked well for me. Comes with 2 pairs so I felt it was a good value. Didn’t know they were there. Glad I took a chance on them.

Cool concept, but they probably aren't a good idea for most types of shoes
These are a great value and are large and thick enough to actually notice a difference in fit. If you use a type of shoe that would actually work with these, maybe heels, then go ahead and buy them. However, you shouldn't go anywhere near these for any footwear you plan on using practically and I will explain why.As someone who knows a fair bit about shoes, I have a few concerns about how these would affect the ergonomics of the parts of the shoe that are underfoot, and compromise your heel and arch support.A shoe is designed with an insole, midsole, and shank underneath your feet. The heel also has extra cushioning underneath for your heels, because shoes tend to have a "drop" that encourages heel striking, in order to take stress off parts of your body that commonly experience soreness from walking. When you wear these, you are moving your foot forward, to the forward edge of the heel area of the shoe. Your feet will line up with the arch and shank of the shoe wrong. This will remove any ergonomic benefit that shoes provide. So, if you are here to stop foot pain, don't get these. They will make it even worse. Go get your feet and arches measured by a brannock, and get some shoes that are actually good and fit you. With that out of the way, what if I am just using the for dress shoes where I don't care about any of that stuff? Will these stop me from slipping around and "lock in" my feet into the shoes better? The answer to that is no, from my experience. These make it VERY hard to get your feet into your shoes. I bought these for dress shoes that are 2 sizes above my brannock size, and even though they are huge shoes for my feet and normally easy to slip my feet into, these made it difficult for me to get my feet into them. They also make the top part of the shoe press down on the top of your foot from moving your foot up.I was hoping that these would improve my sense of balance in my oversized shoes, but they did not. In fact, they made it worse. My dress shoes have a solid amount of heel to toe drop, and I felt like I was walking with stilts on the back of my legs when I tried these. You'll be better off just doing what you're already doing, tying your oversized shoes as tight as you can.
