Performed well
I live in an area with summer temp in the triple digits, and needed to keep my insulin below 77 degrees. It has two ice-gel packs permanently sewed into the pouch. The part that holds the insulin is velcro and comes out very easily for when you need to put the pouch in the freezer. I put a digital fridge thermometer inside and tested the temp. It started at 54 degrees inside the pouch (and it was 102 degrees outside). Four hours later, after walking around in the sun at the zoo, the ice was melted but the gel packs were still cool and the interior temp was 66 degrees. I then bought a cooler sleeve and a backpack with an insulated pocket. I put the pouch inside the cooler sleeve, and that inside the insulated pocket with an extra ice pack, and walked around the zoo for another four hours with the backpack on. (outside temperature was 103 degrees). This time the ice wasn't completely melted and the interior temperature was 59 degrees. So, I'd say I tested it under fairly brutal conditions and it performed very well. Take the extra precautions to keep it out of direct sunlight and it will protect your insulin. I'm going to buy a couple extra ones for when it wears out.

Good size med case
I've been using it everyday for about 3 weeks. The thermo stuff is too thick. It takes up a lot of space inside the case.

Good Product
This bag works great. I stick in the freezer over night and the little ice cube packets in the bag keep cold for hour and hours. I can take road trips now or be on the go and not have to worry about how my insulin is being stored or what I'm going to do if I have to leave for any length of time. I just pop my insulin into the bags velcro insert and a couple syringes and I'm good to go, I have a low pro bag I keep it in with all my other medications. It has freed me of that anxiety.

Just what I needed
This item is just what I needed. Is about the size of a dvd box just 3 times ticker (it has to contain ice cubes and medicine) If you suffer from allergies and you need to carry your vaccines and keep them cool, this is what you need. I cant wait to use it in my next travel. I was searching something like that. I might be a bit big for insulin carriers but it can carry about 6 glass flasks 10ml each or allergens.

Wasted medicine.............
This product did not work. I was concerned when I first opened it because it was obvious that the freezer sections were filled with water and not freezable gel. It was in a carry on bag and didn't even last 6 hours. I had to go almost an entire week without medication. There was no replacing the medication because I was in another country. I would not recommend this product.

Great idea that works well as long as you don't ...
Great idea that works well as long as you don't travel via airplane. Hard if not impossible to get through airport screening especially when in it's liquid state. Have to place it in checked baggage and even then TSA feels the need to open the bag. Placing it in my checked bag creates an additional problem when the bag is mishandled and does not arrive at my destination.
