Best guitar under 700 dollars.
This fine guitar needed only fine adjustment out of the box. This is not unusual, as instruments made of woodAre subject to change physically with temperature and humidity change. The fit and finish is typical Gretsch Electromatics, not completely flawless, but better than many other brands in this price point. The guitar was playable out of the box, but needed about a week in proper humidity to reach full potential of fret end smoothness. The sale price on this guitar is awesome, the seller ships quickly, and two days was all it took from New York to Tennessee. Plugged into my Peavy Classic 30, I get that great Gretsch sound. I highly recommend this guitar. At this sale price of 499, you will have to spend at least 300 more to get equal sound, playability, and value in a beautiful , well made guitar.
