Came early, it was what was said to be. Sound is good. I am a bug man 288lb and the throat mic feels ok around my neck. People say they can hear me fine and I hear them ok.I am going to get three more for all my radios.

Don't bother. Not useable
The sound quality is terrible. Sound is extremely distorted and with radio volume set at 100% sound is barely audible from earpiece. Issue appears to be more of a problem with earpiece because with with system unplugged from second radio the audio comes through on the radio speaker at near fully volume. Unfortunately, the multiple throat mic/headsets I purchased perform the same so the problem appears to be with overall product design/quality. I'm returning them.
