Needing to hang a new mirror and I want the tie points to swivel so the regular eyelets in my fastener box won't do.Checking around and this is cheaper than the same one at the local big box store ?No driving involved ? Sure.Got it mounted and left the screw loose enough for for it to rotate.Working good.
