Q: How do i know this product hasn't been tampered with? some reviews claim it is fake or watered down product. how do i know that is not the case?

Don't buy hair and cosmetic products from 3rd party vendors. They are usually counterfeit. I've bought this product as well as the conditioner a few times off of Amazon. The shampoo smelled like chemicals, and the conditioner smelled like sculpting clay each time, plus they dried out my hair, and left it brittle and dull.

Q: Does this work for thin and dry hair?

I have fine hair that is dry - have tried many, many products, including other B&B shampoos/conditioner's. This shampoo did not work for me. It left my hair feeling knotted. But the conditioner for this type/brand; "Hairdresser's" worked very well.

Q: do i have to use it every day in shower and can I ?

You don't HAVE to use it everyday. I use it every other day as well and then condition. Hair dressers don't recommend you wash your hair everyday.
