VOSGES HAUT CHOCOLAT Manchego & Cherry Chocolate Bar, 3 OZ

This chocolate is AMAZING!! The mix of flavors that hit your mouth...it was gone faster than it took to open it. My daughter loved it as well and she's 7, so for children who like that Dark Chocolaty taste, it might be a good thing to add to your grocery list.Remember, dark chocolate is very good for you...full of Antioxidants...Soooo no guilt-trip!

There is a whole story printed on the package almost as if producer single handedly invented chocolate. The result is dissapoing, you can feel the cherries a bit, not whatever the cheese is supposed to be. The chocolate itself is not impressive either. Save your money and look elsewhere.

I've heard Vosges chocolate is supposed to be amazing. My wife and I love dark chocolate. Got this and another bar for her stocking this year. It just wasn't good. The quality of the chocolate was not good. It wasn't overly expensive but it wasn't cheap. However I've had better for cheaper for sure.

The cacao is very good quality but the pairings are weak. You can do so much better than this overhyped, overpriced chocolate. The manchego and cherry are buried. You can taste them if you work at it but why should I have to work to find those flavors? The ingredients are overprocessed, creating a consistency of texture that is boring while destroying any variation in flavors that could come from larger, less evenly distributed nuts, cheese, and fruit. My wife and I were hugely disappointed by this chocolate. The bars were thin, too, and their appearance was no better than ghiarardelli semi-sweet bars at the grocery store. Having tried bars from chocolatiers in the same price range or cheaper that blew Vosges away, my recommendation is go elsewhere. Cacao and Cardamom, for example, or even many local vendors. Vosges is a rip off.

It's also not too sweet, but I would still prefer less sugar.
