Misleading title
I bought this item before but the title was misleading. The prod works fine but i already bought one. I wanted the back piece. I thought i was buying the back piece but i received the neck piece again. After shipping and restocking i got gouged pretty bad. Bought the item i wanted from another place.

I received a Magister Corp. Part # 1950 occipivot and I ordered a Chattanooga Group Occipivot a much softer and more comfortable than the Magister 1950!? Whats the deal? Is this what they call bait and switch?? Now I am stuck with this useless painful piece of rubber! BEWARE of THIS SITE. Shame on you.
