Beautiful and peaceful
The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this fountain. It's very sturdy and has withstood the wind and the weather. Yes some of the paint has started to flake from the water but you can't really tell and it really gives it an authentic look.

It's Beautiful!
I've been searching forever for a tiered fountain that is around 59-60" tall that wasn't over $1,000. I had this in my "save for later" cart forever along with several other ones from other companies. This fountain finally went on sale and while still pricey it seemed like now or never. I do wish it was heavier...the resin products make me nervous especially since our home is on a hill and we can get strong wind gusts during storms. Once it's put together and water is in it the weight is a little sturdier. We did have trouble putting it together because the tube was so short that it wouldn't attach to the pump and we couldn't fit our hand in the small opening to maneuver the tube per the instructions (and I have small hands). I contacted Sunnydaze with our issue and they got back to me very quickly explaining the tube is short on purpose to prevent kinking. While they were quick to reply and send an accompanying assembly video, we had already figured it out. If you have the same issue we did, just disconnect the top two tiers & pineapple from the bottom bowl. Keep the pineapple and tiers together having one person hold those assembled pieces at an angle while the other person connects the pump tube through the bottom instead of the small hole. Then just set the entire assembled top pieces back onto the bottom bowl. There are also some places that look like cracks, but I think it's just the material it's made of because so far we haven't noticed it leaking or losing water. I know some reviews complained about that look, but I think it looks vintage. JMO.It does splash a little, but you can adjust the intensity of the water flow on the pump. I've never owned a fountain that didn't have this problem so it's not a dealbreaker for me. I also purchased an outdoor/weatherproof timer from Amazon, so we aren't constantly walking through our landscape to plug/unplug the fountain. So far so good.

Tragic ending
This fountain was absolutely beautiful, the envy of the neighborhood! It was easy to assemble and was lightweight. It was so lightweight it blew over in the wind and shattered into pieces! I saved up for months to buy this beautiful fountain and now all I have is a useless broken fountain. Not sure if the company can help me in any way but I, too, feel broken after spending all this money for nothing.

THERE IS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT!
There is room for improvement... first, this is a great outdoor water fountain that adds class to any front yard! However, I'm not fond of the fact that the paint starts to chip and fall off after a couple of days. This may be because of the tap water used to fill the fountain, or it could just be a simple issue of cheap paint. (Be prepared to coat it with your own.)Second, if you live near trees, keep in mind, the motor will get clogged with organic litter and you will have to manually take it apart to clear it of any blockage, otherwise, the water downpour will progressively weaken. My advice, place it away from any trees, if possible. Unfortunately, I live near tons of oak trees, therefore, my options are limited.Don't let my review stop you, at the end of the day, this is a great fountain, and the tallest fountain I could find for the price, despite a few flaws of course. It will need weekly maintenance and if you decide to use tap water, you will also need to refill every 2 days or so, depending on how fast the water evaporates. If you have the extra money, use distilled water as it tends to last a lot longer.Best of luck on your decision to buy this fountain!

Attractive Fountain
Easy to assemble, packaged well, some paint chips, but nothing I couldn't fix with paint or caulking. Made of fiberglass and covered with plaster. It is important that the fountain is level and plumb so the water will drip evenly.

You have to refill it every two days. They PUMP complains if you dont. It is loud.
7/20/22 update. The pineapple broke off. The material is not fiberglass.? It is plaster. Now wet gooey plaster. Magic seal, silicone caulk won't fix it. Ugh. Worse $700 spent ever so far.Customer service response is wonderful, but understanding and resolving problems is not. Unfortunately this product is not.I thought paying $500 would ensure a perfect fountain. It is far from this.it is a cheap and attractive on the outside but dysfunctional in its design and construction.First, I complained that the water continued to splash out too much and I had to refill it every other day. The company said that in Texas this was normal. I said not in MARCH. That is our only month of perfect weather and it rained nearly every day with temperatures around 60 degrees. So, after a week of sending pictures and trying to communicate to someone who seemed to not understand written English very well, they sent another replacement. So now I have TWO problematic fountains. They both splash too much out. I would guess that the base is NOT wide enough to support the splash from the 2d tier. But communication with this company is so DIFFICULT.

I love this Fountain and the seller has amazing customer service.
Update 03/24/2021 I received an email yet=stderday saying they will be sending me a replacement fountain. Great customer service. I would highly recommend this fountain. Original Post 03/21/2021 I ordered this on Feb 18th, 2021 and today is March 22nd. We noticed the water level has been going down really fast, so today I turned the fountain off and added 10 gallons of water, and within an hour all of the water drained. I am hoping they will send us a replacement. I contacted them today. If this didn't happen I would have given this fountain 5 stars. I purchased this one after purchasing a smaller black fountain on February 8th, 2021 and so far the smaller one has been working perfectly with no issues. I will update this review once I have an update.
