I constantly buy these Multi Vitamins as well as their Liver Tablets.

Never hit the gym or, your day to day without these. I feel so revitalized and focused when i take them. I typically take mine on gym days, but daily is even better. There is one downside that many may not be aware of, and that is urine color. Once ypu get them into your system the first week i would say, you will notice your urine looks like Gatorade lime. Give it time it will return to normal color.
