Love this stuff
If you are like me and enjoy spicy hot food, this stuff is fantastic. The unique calabrian hot pepper flavor is unmistakable and so damn good. It is amazing in pasta, on pizza, eggs, and even just some Italian bread and antipasto. Gotta hand it to the Calabresi... la bomba, nduja and pepperoncini are simply wonderful. Enjoy!

Just the right amount of heat
I put the chili's in everything,eggs,pasta,with chicken or steak.very flavorful,just the right amount of heat.

The product is really Calabrian, my region of birth.
The flavor and spice is fantastic.I would have liked it more if it was a bit hotter. I'll be ordering more soon.

Bobby Flay uses these all the time, and now I do too!
I run a cup of these through a food processor to make the slices smaller an hrow them in a slow cooker along with 10lbs of boneless/skinless chicken breast, a diced onion, 3 TBS garlic, 2 TBS Salt, 2 TBS Pepper, and 1/4 Cup Worcestershire, and slow cook them at low heat for 10 hrs. These are the most tender/Healthy chicken breasts ever. Oh, I like "spicy" so I add 4 Julienned Red Savina Peppers for both heat and great flavor. I eat this all week, with an Ensure MaX Protime from time to time to lose weight.

Finally fixed their packaging
I use these for my pizzas with my food truck. They're a great product. The peppers could be cut a lot better. It's better than doing it manually I suppose.They occasionally come leaky. The seller has fixed this issue with us prior. The seller is 5 stars.

Not very fresh
Not as fresh as the whole pepper. Something’s off.

I'm still considering a method of storing them for the long term. Probably vacuum packing and freezing.
