Just plain works
I'm not necessarily an audiophile but I can definitely tell the difference between quality sound and low quality sound. Lately I have felt that my surround system wasn't producing the quality I think it should be producing. My current setup:Pioneer 5.1 surround system (VSX 830 K)2 M10 front speakersAnd 2 cheap RCA surround speakers that came with my old surround system I had before this one. When I first started using my new system and speakers I spliced the speaker wire that came with a cheap $50 surround surround system, the wires were so small that it was about 4 strands of copper per wire. It was tedious but it worked.Until yesterday, I used this setup and it worked okay. But, I always felt the bass and treble were lacking for such nice speakers and surround system. Finally I bought a center channel speaker and decided to throw this in my cart as well and upgrade the two front speaker wires. When I first got the speaker wire I immediately noticed a difference between the thickness of this wire and my old stuff. After unwinding the wire I was worried I wouldn't have enough wire, my surround setup is pretty small so I didn't think I would have a problem, but after setting everything up I was shocked to see I only had about 3 extra inches! I recommend getting 2 or more of these for medium to larger setups. After I spliced the wires (which is very easy by the way, be careful not to cut himself) I hooked them up and it worked right away. The sound was much improved over the (I would say) 30 gauge or more wire. The bass was there and treble wasn't missing anymore! Finally I was getting the sound my surround system can produce and not what my speaker wire can handle.Overall this is a great price for this speaker, just be sure to buy more than one if you have a larger setup. The wire is thick, looks nice and unwinds straight and doesn't roll back up like other speaker wire.

Four Stars
not as good as the BPES cable but it works good enough. Still a good quality wire.

Good flexible wire
Happy with the cable. It's pretty flexible so it's easy to route. The core is metal and the speakers work when connected with it. Not sure what else you'd care about in speaker wire otherwise. Why spend more on fancy marketing and deoxygenated organic speaker wire. This works just fine.

Excellent quality and flexibility - easy to work with.
I upgraded the audio in my Kawasaki Vulcan Vaquero and wanted to run speaker wire direct from the power amp to new speakers. This speaker wire is excellent quality with a thick, tough, yet flexible jacket. It was very easy to work with. The price is awesome. I'd highly recommend for auto, motorcycle or marine audio projects.

WILL NOT TAKE TO SOLDER. I spent HOURS and this wire will not adhere to solder, it just rolls right off. Otherwise it's ok wire.

Speaker wire to replace old wires.
While meant to be used for automotive use I guess, it worked well in my home stereo set up. Two color wires made it easy to make sure polarity was correct.

A Nice Value Buy...
This worked just fine. The wire is a little lighter than what I was replacing, and I'm not sure that the audio quality is quite what it was with the old cables, but it could also just be my ears playing tricks on me. It works just fine and seems to be in the sweet spot for someone who's conscious of value (i.e., wants a reasonable price) but also cares about the quality of sound.
