excellent purpose built water carrier
This is a very simple, stripped down Camelbak that only holds the water bladder. It's very lightweight, so light that the shoulder straps might not be very comfortable if you wore it all day with a t-shirt. I bought this to easily carry water while on my motorcycle, and it's great; it's adjustable enough to fit over my armored jacket, stays secure, and the adjustable straps have hold downs so they don't flap. I don't even notice it's there. My only complaint is that there's no attachment point for the hose and spigot. It would be great if it had some kind of attachment point on the shoulder straps, but that's the only improvement I could ask for.

Exactly what I expected
I new what I was getting didn't have extra storage, but the only improvement I would wish for is one small pocket for ID and keys, otherwise this pack is perfect. This thing works in freezing conditions. The removable mouthpiece and the off valve, the insulation, the material.. it is all just right. Thanks CamelBak

Small size is perfect! Not much room to hold anything, but it’s very high quality and worth every penny

Do not buy!! Cheap make!
I bought this back in May and tried to use it for the first time today.... IT LEAKS!! Faulty product and I can't return it!!!

good price for ok size
First off let me just say that i was a sceptic... i didn't think i needed one. I decided to get a camelbak because i would have to fill my 16 oz water bottle between 8 and 10 times a day, that's too many refills for work. So i sprung and got one... i give it 4 stars because it does not work as advertised. The "bak" has this "insulation" on the tube. Camelbak says this prevents the water in the tube from getting hot. WRONG!!!! It does not work that way. Oh well its only a few sips of hot water. Other than that it works great!!!!

Camelbak 70 OZ. Water only
I have had this about 2-3 weeks. I’ve used it 4 times on 5 mile walks. I fill mine and put the whole pack in the Refrigerator overnight to get the water good and cold. It keeps the water cold the whole trip. Only thing is in extreme heat the water tube does heat water to warm, I use the first pull of water in the hose to rise out my mouth then drink the cold water. I would buy it again, we’ll made and plenty of adjustment to fit me.
