Dyson 921001-01 Pet Tool, Groom DC28 , Black

The media could not be loaded. With two huskies in our house we have bought every grooming brush there is in the last 7 years. Saw this dyson attachment when looking for another one and thought why not give it a try. This works amazingly on my fur ball dogs!! The best part they both loved it!! No more chasing them all over the house with fur getting everywhere, this just sucks it up nicely as you brush. Bonus is their fur is so soft after😀

I love love love this brush. My dog loves it , my house is almost hair free!! It’s perfect for long haired dogs that shed like crazy. Australian Shepard only problem is noise from vacuum butttt he'll learn to love it!!

I have both a cordless stick Dyson and an upright animal Dyson. This doesn’t fit on the stick but does on the upright. It is impossible to use with one person because the hose keeps retracting. You have to hold the hose with one hand, push the button down and hold the brush attachment with the other. The tool itself does a great job of brushing and suctioning, but because of the above mentioned issues, almost impossible to use. Maybe it would be easier with a canister vacuum?

The sucking power was weak, its annoying to have to continuously holding down the brush. I wish it had a locking mechanism to have the brush permanently engaged while in use.

I recently acquired a young Husky, I've had a Border Collie, Golden Retriever, and a German Shepard, but this dog outsheds them all, Husky's go through this bi-annual "Mega-shed", you honestly wouldn't think there was any way the dog could still have hair because it sheds so much. I have a non-vacuum dog brush that is similar in configuration with a hair "release" button, the thing is awesome, but the Dyson dog brush attachment takes it up a notch. You brush as normal and when the brush fills up, release the button and Whoosh! the hair is sucked into the vac. This eliminates all those "floater" hairs that end up, I don't know......everywhere? This gets much more hair than standard brushing. Highly recommend. I have an older Dyson DC15, you have push it into the hose end, it's a tight fit, but you want it tight so it doesn't pop out during brushing. Get one, you won't regret it.

This tool is effective but like everything else you need to use it often

Works great, wish I had bought years ago. We rescued Rigby when he was older, so didn't know of his background. Unfortunately, he does not like to get brushed and sheds horribly. However, he doesn't seen to mind us using the groom tool on him. When we are finished, our Dyson canister is three quarters full. It is nice to have all that hair contained and ready to trash rather than have dog hair all over the house and furniture.

Seemed like a good idea, but in the end it is the same amount of work and doesn't do it very well.
