Very sturdy and quality feel
I have used many griddle scrappers, most with the wood handles that bend slightly when you apply pressure. They were fine until I tried this one. This Cuisinart is solid. It has a long handle that fits just right in your hand , a stiff blade and some weight to it. It does a great job and would not go back to the old ones I had. I'm sure this will last until I lose it. When I do, I'll buy another just like it.

If you have a gas griddle, this is a must-have tool for cleaning. Keeps your hand further away from the head. This also has a cutting edge on it, great for chopping on the griddle.

Sturdy design and a sharp blade for scraping excess burnt bits off a griddle. I also use it to clean the more stubborn bits off my grill.

Perfect for my Blackstone Grill
I really like the design of this scraper. It has a fairly sharp edge which makes cleaning the Blackstone easier. The handle is a good size even for my large hands. My only complaint is that each side tapers down slightly (so the blade is just a little wider at the top than at the bottom. This makes is a little difficult to actually scrape into a corner.But, even with that minor setback I am very pleased! Thanks.
