No instructions no documentation
Had a similar one on my how water system for years I think lighting took it out.Bought this replacement and though it is exactly what I wanted, the box looked like it had been opened and no instructions or documentation of any kind inside. I installed it and it's pretty obvious how to operate it. It quiet/silent like the old one and works just as well.

Pretty sure this seller took advantage of the "holiday return ...
This product is defective. It took us months to troubleshoot what our problem was with no hot water in one portion of our house. Finally purchased a different unit and it works flawlesslly. If I had known what the return policy was on this, I never would have ordered it. Pretty sure this seller took advantage of the "holiday return policy" that Amazon had. Shame on you!
