Great product kept my medication to temperature from 7am until 0000am didn’t get to test the full 24 hours.

Bigger than I thought, very good storage and well made

This holds two next pens (in their original boxes), piriton and the measuring spoon easily. Foil lining regulates the temperature but the extra cooling packs are brilliant for hot days. I keep those in the fridge (not the medication itself) and add them in before we head out on hot days. Case is thick and sturdy so doesn’t bend out of shape. Great to have everything in one place. Highly recommend.

I don't travel with insulin but a different medication.This case is sturdy and works well for carry on luggate, takes a reasonable amount of space, the container is lined as it says, and then you have the foldable 'insert' which carries the cooling packs. It's a snug fit for my medication inside this, and then there's plenty of room in the overall pouch for anything else you need to support it.Definitely only lasts a few hours though, but you could probably fit in a few more freezer packs that may help with that.

I needed to transport a few weeks worth of insulin on a journey in the worst of summer. I had a lot of worries about capacity and safety, scoured the internet for a week before taking a chance and was so relieved when the case came and exceeded my expectations.I opted for the 3-panel inner wallet which gave me options on how to use it.None of the pictures for any of these cases shows how many pens they can hold (a month's medication is a bag bigger than my head, insulin is the priority, not the paraphernalia). The case is deep, 2 boxes of insulin fit inside the case without the inner wallet though I don't think it would be optimal to use it that way.I fit 6 pens in the last 2 panels of the wallet (3 in each) and folded another pen and a tray of cartridges between them. I left the top panel empty to be an extra barrier keeping the insulin from directly touching the ice packs, which tucked neatly into the elastic compartment in the box cover. I had considered packing a face flannel between the ice packs and the wallet but it didn't need it as there was a fair amount of space separating them. Bonus - was nice to feel the cold in my backpack as I was carrying it. Not sure the temperature gauge in the wallet had any function.My mum has had problems transporting eye medicines in the past so I can recommend this case for her too.

I bought this for a long haul trip and my meditation stayed cold for the 48 hours it needed before I could put it in the fridge. It also went through hand luggage security without incident.

Very handy for travelling

Good size to get all your needles, pens etc in and keep it cool.
