I received an original NTSC Mario 64. Works well.

This was my first time buying a renewed cartridge through Amazon. The cartridge and label were both in excellent condition and the game started right up on my Nintendo 64. No the game doesn't come with a box or manual but if your willing to pay the price for one of the most iconic games of all time, then you won't be disappointed with the results.
