Q: what is the ply rating of the maxxis bighorn atv tire?

6 ply. These are awesome tires. There radials and are very smooth riding. I’ve got 5 sets on my ATV’s right now

Q: Are these tires made in the USA

mine say made in Tiawan, so far I like them , but have only had them on for about three weeks. time will tell.

Q: Are these really 25 inch tires? Maxxis does not advertise a 25 inch version of this tire on their site.

They are 25" tires. The lugs are an inch deep. They wear very well. They will last twice as long as others. I think they measured them at half life.
