Olive Nation Orange Extract
Olive Nation orange extract from Amazon is great as a flavor for "fizzy" water. Or, as I use it, to improve iced tea. I practically bathe in the stuff! Good thing it's clear or I would turn orange, or is that carrots? Would that be better than pasty white? I hear that the man whose skin turned blue from some medicine died at 62 the other day, that's pretty young, would orange extract have helped? Perhaps he wouldn't have made it to 62 without the blue-making meds? Probably worth it then. But......I digress. The orange extract makes many things much more tasty. Worth a try! Put it in your chocolate pudding or frosting for a real treat, orange-standing! I know it's good in tea, what about coffee? Milk? Hamburger patties? Duck sauce? Think I have heard about that. Oh! Some sort of Chinese chicken I think. It's very versatile. Orange you try it out? Oof!

Works great!
Product is exactly as I hoped it would be. I used it with a stencil on top of holiday cheesecakes and fancy cookies. You get a large amount in the bag, as it takes very little. I was able to share some with my daughter.

Faulty seal
The taste was fine and it arrived quickly but unfortunately the product package itself was open (the seal on the bottom had parted) and I didn't notice until recently because I rarely need to use this item so it's been up in the cupboard open all this time.

great flavor and tastes great in the pumpkin rolls we make every year.
Easier than zesting 200+ oranges. My Eastern Star group makes and sells about 250 pumpkin rolls every year as a fundraiser and the orange zest uses a lot of oranges and just the zest. We have now cut down on the amount of zest and increased the extract. With the combination of the two they are incredible. And buying in bulk saves money from the regular grocery store size.Thank you so much

Best stuff ever.
I've been baking for a very long time, but couldn't find the right kind of powdered sugar that wouldn't melt as soon as I sprinkled it. This stuff works fantastic. I recommend to everyone who bakes.

Disappointed - not as pictured and not to expectation
I was expecting this 16 ounce bottle to be brown glass as it indicates in the photo but instead, I received the "orange extract" in a CLEAR PLASTIC BOTTLE. Firstly, extracts should be in dark bottles to preserve them from light and I try to never buy food products in plastic because plastic leaches toxins into your food items.The other disappointment was that it is VERY heavy on alcohol and light on the actual orange oil flavor. I have purchased another brand of orange extract from Amazon and the orange was very pronounced with minimal alcohol odor. The Olive Nation brand has an extremely strong alcohol odor which makes me wonder what the percentage of alcohol actually is.I won't be buying this brand again and wouldn't recommend it based on what I received.
