Those “Tea Cakes” were the best ever. I have ordered14 twice and about to order 14 for the 3rd time. So good Those t-Cakes remind me of my sister friend in East Texas we went to school with, thank you sooooooo much Carolyn Bryant, I’m her sister Joann. 👍🏽Thank You

These were part of a tea chest I made up for my sister for Christmas. Inside was scone mix and watercress seeds and crumpets and tea. It took a while to receive these, so I wouldn't make them a last minute purchase. I tried one to see what they were like. They are very dense and sweet. Maybe they are supposed to be toasted, or at least you could try it. The expiration date was way out there, so the recipient will have a long time before they have to be eaten or frozen. A nice addition to the tea and biscuits in the chest.

Tea cakes were not fresh, taste stale and flavor was not good at all. I ordered these years ago and they were pretty tasty. Not sure what happened to the original recipe but I will not order again. I’m a pretty good baker so I’ll just make my own.

We can’t get enough of them

Very tasty more sugar than l need. I have local bakery sells teacakes and distribute to local businesses. I will be ordering from there occassionally moving forward .

Taste

werent all that fresh and not as tasty as other southern tea cakes

Grew up on these the best ones I've tried yet will be ordering another box so delicious 🤤😋
