I would definitely watch the video before using this because there's a certain way you have to hold it, and unfortunately, the way you have to hold it is fine if you're using your right hand. But if you have to work on your right arm or shoulder, which requires using the LEFT hand, it's awkward to hold the way you need to, in order for it to work right. Not impossible, but very awkward. Need an ambidextrous option!

The media could not be loaded. Upon opening the package, everything fell out of the box. A few of the pins were missing , the cord is attached to the device, the cap of the container is opened! The item sent to me was a a badly used item! This is a medical device. The item is not sanitary and NOT safe to be used !

I just saw a doctor in urgent care who used the device, and created this device apparently. I had seen a cardiologist, been to ER twice, and another urgent care over the past two weeks because of consistent chest pain. All labs and tests came back normal/negative. I explained my symptoms and he asked if my pectoral muscles hurt. I said yes very much and showed where. He asked to try something different and I obliged. After 5 minutes of him using this pen, my pain was gone. Completely. I broke down in the room crying of relief because I no longer had pain after two weeks and all of these medical visits saying everything was fine when I was still feeling terrible and in pain. It has been 20 minutes since and I feel so much better. Apparently, the doctors thought I had costochondritis and treated me unsuccessfully for it but it was my pectoral muscles from a strain that was pulling and causing pressure and pain. I owe this man so much because of this pen. I'm now buying it here because of its use.
