Recently changed to this version from the older one due to a fault. Camera screen is bigger with a marginal improvement in quality. Tough screen panel which Is really quick to respond. The main reason for purchase was for the apnea mat and this meets requirements better than others on the market. Particularly for tummy sleeper. No false alarms. Range is good for the monitor as well. Works in the garden. So overall happy with product. Just wish the camera was better quality

I’m a bit sat on the fence whether I would recommend or not. Picture quality is not the greatest….but sensor pad has worked flawlessly so far!It doesn’t link up to the internet, so you can’t watch if you’re away from home etc. The signal for video can drop out sometimes or picture go very poor.I know I’m not painting a very good picture, but I would arguably recommend it, but think it’s a little over priced

Fantastic item and worth the money!Really good picture quality both day and night, and peace of mind with the movement sensor.We leave plugged into the mains at night to enable it to be used for any daytime naps unplugged so that we can monitor from elsewhere in the house

I can’t comment on the picture quality as it is a Christmas gift that hasn’t been used yet. I am really pleased with the price.

Given the price, I was expecting something more than what's there. I would expect a USB C charging port on the parent unit. Also, the ability to access the monitoring camera on a different device other than the built-in parent unit. The touch screen on the parent unit is not sensitive enough so that I have to press hard and wait every time.But it's handy that the picture is really clear on the screen and the camera has night vision. However, a wide-angled camera probably will save me from multiple attempts to find the best angle. Also, it's tricky to put the monitoring camera at the right angle if you don't have a side table beside your baby or don't want to screw it into a wall.We haven't used the monitoring pad yet since it's too thick for a bedside cot. Probably we'll try it when our baby can use the full-sized cot.

Really disappointed with this device. Been using for a few weeks since baby moved into her own room and I’m convinced the picture quality is getting worse!! Have to turn the camera off/on, same with monitor unit to “reset” at least once a day. The magnet mount is shocking. So hard to find a decent position so ended up buying a spherical mount from Arlo to put on the wall to give more flexibility to position of the camera. In order to get a decent full view of the cot we’ve had to place high on a wall, but then access to the movement “pause” is impossible, so have to faff with the monitor unit to pause or turn off movement when you need to tend to baby (which is a nightmare in the middle of the night when half asleep!). Overall, very disappointing for the money.
