Just like the doctors office issue

I work private security so I'm on my feet for 8 to sometimes 12 hours a day. Thse insoles help me immensely. They might not feel too comfortable at first but as soon as you get used to them you forget they're there.

I bought these on January 26, 203. I wear a women’s size 10.5 or men’s size 9. The package says “Slim”, they are not! I could not get them in my shoes! It said they were returnable, but when I tried to return them it wasn’t allowed. Waste of time and money. So I can’t say how they feel since they don’t fit in my shoes.

The insole may not be so uncomfortable if the insole reached my toe and shaped my foot.

Felt good no more pain in my feet back of my legs don’t hurt at the end of the day I work retail and on my feet all day. Only issue is I can only ware them for about 6 hours a day starts to hurt the right side of my foot.

I always have issues with inserts for my shoes. I really can use only very thin ones usually. Even if I rip out the entire insole of my sneaker (which those things are usually VERY thin anyway) it just takes up too much room in my shoe. These are no different. OK – well maybe they are slightly better as it is not a full insert to shove in. BUT the height (I suppose) for support – just pushes my foot up too much and then it rubs on the back of my sneaker – and that either wears the sneaker there and/or wears a hole in my sock and/or just makes it uncomfortable to walk. Maybe it is just me and sneakers…. I dunno. I also have a thinner foot for my size too. Plus, I usually walk – on average – at least 4 miles a day – just in my daily routines.ANYWAY – I ended up putting these in slip-on shoes I wear around the house as the insole that came with them reeked of chemicals and stunk up my house – they went into the garbage. Those insoles were also pretty thin but since these are in my “house shoes” with no long steady walking – these insoles seem to do just fine. Plus, they are easy to take off if they become uncomfortable. You are supposed to slowly break in, by the way. I break in much slower – just like an hour at first – then maybe two – and so on. I do not wear my house shoes for full days but I think these have helped my pain from plantar fasciitis – as well as torn achilles tendons too.If you found my review helpful, why not click the “helpful” button. After three days of wearing them my feet can bear weight all day just about. Yeah! My pain is reduced to nearly nothing compared to before I used them.
