Ordered through Amazon fresh. When I was unpacking my items I noticed some white powder siting in the bottom of the bag. It was not till the day I went to use it that I discovered some of the packages had not been sealed properly and were empty. Amazon refunded. Contacted Knox to let them know for quality assurance. That aside, was attempting the viral jello watermelon. Maybe I did something wrong because it is not becoming jiggly. Will wait till the morning and if still liquid will just make smoothies.
